Community Service

Giving Back

Presidential Service Award recipient, Lions Club Melvin Jones Fellow, and long-term volunteer with Special Olympics' Expressive Arts program.

A Consistent Commitment

Community service has been a thread running through everything I do — from founding Project Oasis to volunteering with Special Olympics to leading the STEP LEO Club's Toys for Tots drive. The recognition I've received reflects years of consistent work, not a single event.

I volunteer with Special Olympics' Expressive Arts program at Plainsboro Recreation Center, assisting with activities for children and young adults with special needs. It's one of the most grounding things I do — a reminder of why the rest of the work matters.

Special Olympics Expressive Arts

The Expressive Arts program at Plainsboro Recreation Center uses creative activities — drawing, painting, movement — to support children and young adults with special needs. I assist with these sessions regularly, helping participants engage with art as a form of expression and connection.
